Hello! I’m Marcus Fleming, (just in case you didn’t get that from the domain name). I grew up in Arizona, which apparently gives me bragging rights to being one of the few natives left in the state. I’ll admit, I’ve considered running away to cooler climates several times. But after spending a couple years at NAU working on my Master’s Degree in Business (MBA) and 6 months back packing in New Zealand, the urge to run away from the heat evaporated.

Jumping in to real estate was a suggestion from a fellow Starbucks store manager. At the time I had no idea what I was getting into, but later learned about the joys of helping home buyers buy their first homes. I’m always fond of the great memories I share with my home buyers (and sellers). Buying and selling real estate isn’t exactly hard, its just unbelievably unpredictable which makes every deal fun and exciting. Yes, from time to time I do want to pound my head into the wall because the banks won’t cooperate, but every job has those moments… right??

If you’re looking for credentials, (aka proof that I’m good at what I do) just look at the testimonials on this site or on Redfin’s site (we survey everyone). In terms of education, I get a little overly excited about the idea of attending a class and learning more. You’ll find I have all the top Realtor designations and there are more I don’t even bother listing because fellow Realtors start to accuse me of trying to spell out the alphabet. Here are my three favorite: CRS, GRI, ABR.

Well here you go… I love what I do. I educate, counsel and help individuals through the home buying and selling process, which is exciting for me. I’m always there to help you through every step, answer every question and yes, show you the home multiple times so your friends and family can see the home you just got under contract. We are systematic so your home buying/selling process will be smooth and you will be able to sleep well at night knowing everything is going to work out. Who Am I Outside of Work?

My sister and I run a Phoenix Valley 365 blog. Essentially we post something new to do in Phoenix every day of the year. When the weather cools down I love going for all day hikes on the weekends, and running in the morning.
